One Comment On “Elkhorn Slough Bird Sightings June – August”

  1. I observed a pair of pied-billed grebes last week on the slough between Kirby Park and Hudson’s Landing. They are listed as uncommon for this time of year and normally rare for salt water. They were swimming together and diving for the small fish that were seen all throughout the slough that day. (anchovies or smelt?).
